Founded in September 2014 in Dakar, Senegal, Rencontre des Entrepreneurs is a private multi-sector accelerator supporting and nurturing Medium Enterprises. Our ambition is to identify high-potential SMEs to turn them into champions by giving them access to capital, the best skills and a set of networks via our accelerator program. In addition, we provide operational advice to business leaders who are not part of the Acceleration Program, according to their needs.

A word from the founder

Holder of a Master 1 in Business Law from the Faculty of Law of Reims and a Master 2 in Taxation, Business Law, Consulting and Business Management from INSEEC Paris (Institut des Hautes Etudes Economiques et Commerciales), Rivolala RATSIMANDRESY. has evolved in the consulting world first at KPMG LLP and then at TAJ (Deloitte) in France, for 8 years before embarking on the entrepreneurial adventure. Having initiated 3 companies in the last 10 years, La Rencontre des Entrepreneurs is her fourth entrepreneurial endeavor, co-founded in 2014 with an associate. Today the RDE is the 1st private SME gas pedal in Senegal.
